Format: 100 μg in PBS containing 15 mM
sodium azide, pH 7.4. Concentration is 1 mg/ml.
Storage and Stability: Store undiluted
antibody at 2 - 8°C until expiry date. For long
term, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid
freeze/thaw cycles.
Applications and Suggested Dilutions:

Immunocytochemistry

Immunohistochemistry (Protease pretreatment
required for paraffin-embedded
tissue sections)

Western blot: Use at 1:1000 to stain MCF-7
cell line lysate.
The optimal dilution for a specific application
should be determined by the researcher.
